Darkfall: Unholy Wars: Lost network connection to chosen server

I just purchased the game & logged in fine & was doing the tutorial when all of a sudden my internet connection goes out. So then I fix it and try to log back to the Darkfall Unholy Wars gold game and get the error. Also I am kinda lost on how to make a forum account on the official site so I thought Id ask here.

Darkfall Unholy War: What lands do you plan to live out of?
Q:I'm curious to know where folks plan to call their home lands, at least until moving out into DFUW gold player cities. I plan to roam the human lands, more often than not for the reason that that's on the whole where most individuals go. How about you?

The reason I ask is that I'm one of those guys who unfortunately didnt play the first darkfall (Though I did play the 7 day trial when it was £1) and would like to know from the community that is already involved with the game and company or who have been in the past, If you could summerise your experience with them in terms of; Customer Support, Game Patch Consistency, The ability to listen to its players and how long have you dealt with Aventurine?

Not because they made a great game or anything like that, but because well..
Imagine if Hitler came back from the dead, and all the Jews went and shook his hand then willingly walked into a death camp... I fucking hate AV as a company, they actually are worse than EA, yet.. god damn they made the only gw2 gold game that could be one to play. If they ever fix it.
When i had contact with support they were helpful.
Anything that has to do with billing got solved. GM's respond quickly and friendly ingame but anything more than unstuck a player was not possible.
AV's communication with the playerbase is HORRIBLE .
However there game is a real gem and i love it, if another company would produce a game like darkfall i would switch to that instantly because of the bad communication with there playerbase and sometimes flat out lieing.
A small dev company who despite low funds (compared to the much larger firms) and complaining player base somehow manages to be number 1 hyped game here, number 3 or 4 game on gamespot.
I think in short, if AV really is a problem, then it means the entire industry is cluster f*cked

Does WoW need to lighten up even more, freeing players to cast and act freely with a more natural flow of action, rather than juggling discrete movement and action phases? Maybe you believe that the mix of both types of abilities presents its own interesting challenges. It certainly has become the foundation of boss encounter design and strategies, and it's a pillar of PvP balance as well. Taking away the yin and yang of movement and stillness would tear apart the whole.
What if we could gain the ability to move with complete freedom during combat in WoWwithout destroying encounter and game balance? Would we also benefit from the more dynamic dodging mechanics of games like Guild Wars 2? Or do you like WoW's blend of movement and static elements just as it is?

Darkfall: Unholy Wars – Lux Arcana’s closed beta pics!
We obviously can’t say which of our members have made it in, but we’ve been passed some screenshots by our intrepid roving explorers, who went to three different locations to check out the world: Issar Ruins, Sunthrone and Calfardar. Both Issar Ruins and Sunthrone had been fully built by the devs but it looked like Calfardar was already under SUN control.
What these pictures show is just how much the new game has changed from Darkfall 1.0.
It’s clear that Aventurine’s work on redesigning the world has come along a long way and you can see how their new textures, lighting schemes and player city layouts look in some of these pics.
If you look carefully, you can even see a shot of the new-style orc mount: ‘The PorkBack’ in some shots.
Our explorer managed to get a shot of something called a “FunPad” (it looks a bit like a helipad??) on top of Calfardar, which we think might be the “second way in” to the city that the Devs were talking about.
We’ve put the pics in as clickable links for obvious ‘spoiler’ reasons – only click on them if you want to get an advanced look of the new Darkfall Unholy Wars gold game.

Darkfall Unholy Wars Delayed
The next episode of the Darkfall saga arrives next month
Previously scheduled for November 20th, 2012, Darkfall Unholy Wars, a new MMORPG which delivers a fast paced, full loot player vs. player action and brutal, persistent clan warfare, will be launched on December 12th, 2012, Aventurine announced. In Darkfall Unholy Wars, thousands of players can participate simultaneously in wars and sieges on land and sea, in real-time, on a single server. You can choose role at will, switching from meat shield to master mage to benevolent healer. And you can switch between skills, spells, and ability boosters on the fly. Be aware that Darkfall gold players can loot all of the goods from a slain enemy, and vice versa.
Seven fresh screenshots and a video developer diary have been added in our download section.

Darkfall Online: Characters are not transferred to the relaunch
The characters from the 1.0 version of Darkfall Online will not be accepted for the relaunch. The new version of Dark Fall: Unholy Wars character has a different system that is not compatible with the old version.
On the homepage of Darkfall Online has turned producer Tasos Flambouras with a blog entry to the players and explains how to continue with the online role-playing game before the relaunch. For some time Aventurine developers working on the overhaul of Darkfall Online. With the release of version 2.0 de Darkfall: Unholy Wars shut down the old server and new server launch.
Longtime players have to separate to restart Darkfall Online on their characters, however, as these because of a different character system can not be adopted. The old characters are not deleted, but stored for more side projects. Active subscribers receive Darkfall: Unholy Wars Incidentally the previous subscription price. Darkfall Dev Video Diary
Though the official release of Darkfall: Unholy Wars has been pushed back, the team at Aventurine are doing their best to keep us hooked.
Last week, Aventurine released a brand-new developer diary that deals with the art direction, and how the team is building upon the world they created with the original Darkfall. The video shows some very impressive visuals, especially if you're familiar with playing the Darkfall Unholy Wars gold game previously. I for one can't wait to get my hands on it.

GW2: "Shadow of the Mad King" - Dungeon available until 31.10.2012
Last night started with Guild Wars 2, the third act of Halloween events. This brought the Halloween Dungeon "ascent into madness" into the game, in which you are facing the task of defeating the mad king's throne. After Martin Kerstein said yesterday confirmed that this will be available for several days, there was by game designer Anthony Ordon now set a date!
Ordon as announced a few hours ago on the official forums, will "rise to madness" only be available until the beginning of the fourth act on 31.10.2012. When exactly this will go is not yet known. Suggests, however, that is being launched in fall as in Act 3 also by 20 clock. We'll of course keep in touch as soon as it is news.
Unlike the contents of Act 3 Act 1 and Act 2 are loud Ordon but by the end of Halloween events (with us on 2/11/2012) will be available. When did you have not yet ventured to the scavenger hunt, so it remains a little more time, to vote. More you learn in our guides:

Guild Wars 2: German patch notes from Oct 24th
Guild Wars 2, ArenaNet has received another update donated - are resolved, among other frequent crashes in PvP, problems with active authenticators and bug fixes in the Fort of the Trinity.
ArenaNet today released a new patch for Guild Wars 2 on the live servers. This update fixes mainly bugs and problems. So it came as in PvP battles to frequent crashes. This was due to the remaining bug that made sure that paid tournaments could be activated. Furthermore, a problem was fixed that gw2 gold players regularly active authenticators separated from the game servers.
Total number of crash problems have been fixed, details will be in the patch notes not mentioned.

A bug was fixed which led to frequent crashes in PvP. This was the remaining bug that made sure that paid tournaments could be activated. We will spend another day with testing to ensure that the system is stable and error-free before players spend gems for it. Halloween invites Guild Wars 2
